How much trash do you think is on the roads? I don’t know the answer, but I do join in to help clean them up. “Allen Road Clean Up” is an activity that Cub Scouts do twice a year. I do this activity at least once a year with my sister, Shaivi. When we get there you get a vest to wear, gloves, and a claw pincher. We walk along the grass and find stuff that should not be there. If we find something we use our claw pincher and put it in a trash bag. I found a tire, a stuffed animal, a candle, bottles, plastic and a whole lot more during my five times of joining the Allen Road Clean Up activity. One time I found a garden snake too. After we finish we walk to a sign that says ‘Adopt a Road - Cub Scouts Pack 451’.We take a picture with the sign and gather up the trash. We take the trash to where we started and leave it there for the garbage truck to pick it up.
